I can't, and neither can navarro, because we all have to wait for the 24 hours to be up before the turn can be ended
and when I mean I can't, it's because CoL can't end the turn, only CoF can. and I can't seem to download any damn thing from rapidshare or megauploader. rapidshare thinks my IP address is constantly downloading something while I have no idea how to use megauploader

Would restarting your computer help? Cures 99.9% of bacteria problems with my PC. Or maybe rebooting the modem if that doesn't work.

I'm afraid that didn't work; megauploader and rapidshare seem to dislike Singapore IP addresses because I had attempted to download it from my computer, my brother's desktop and my friend's (yeah I tried using his computer and internet access to download the save file) and all attempts failed.
and I had also suffered from a lack of proper time management this afternoon from browsing the EB forums and waiting for someone else to take the save and upload it onto a different host, so I have ran out of time to take the save today and I have to go to bed now because there is another full day of school tomorrow.
but I doubt that there is anything for me to do anyway, other than move the spies about; which there are no clear targets, and navarro says that he's saving up for the next congressional session so I might as well cut back on recruiting accensi; and TCV/Regulus' Legio I has yet to reach Arretium. so yeah.

not exactly, as long as he is voted in; or nobody else is nominated/running (which in that case is a walkover). it's not stated in the rules; and TCV has been chancellor (similar to both Consuls in BtSH) for numerous times in WotB until some reason I forgot (it was posted in WotB's OOC thread)

I really had nothing else to do 4 in the morning then critique navarro's list of charters. Thats how bad my life is at the moment . 2 months ago I wouldve completely ignored that post.

A prudent commander would cite the privilege of being on the field with the intelligence, and take out the target of opportunity when it presented itself, and ask for forgiveness later. It could be looked upon as a dereliction of duty to allow the enemy to gain further troops and more advantageous ground. Attack anyway I say, they're not goign to banish you or execute you!

So is my Edict possible or does it effect other traits because getting Consul or whatever in your traits doesn't really help RP at all.

Hmm, some good debate. I agree to a lot of the Edicts so far but I will incline to comment untill a later date. Finally I wish to impose that:

Edict 3.5: The Roman Leadership line of traits be removed from the game and then released.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. Perhaps you could say it in your native language and we could get a better translation?

As in the traits such as Ex Consul, Ex Tribinus Milita, Legate - ect. be removed from the game by editing then the data files be realeased in an installer or the like. I say this because it is stupid to have that line of traits when we have our own leadership system.

that sounds reasonable but there are a few problems:
1. it should have been proposed as a CA, but since you're an aedile you could change it to a CA
2. we wouldn't be able to get our Marian and Augustan reforms (needs a guy with consul/ex-consul)
