No one was lynched? Perhaps a blessing in disguise since I didn't think any of the three were really worthy of being lynched. Even though the tally stood at:
Taka: 3 (CA, Ichi, Ares)
Chaotix: 2 (Sigurd, Jolt)
Reenk: 1 (LG)

Its quite funny, the only dead person so far the town has killed... lets see if the mafia actually move tonight, and see if they give us anything to work with...

You guys are really clueless......
these await you.....but not in the way you expect.....*remembers parts from 'The Thing'*![]()
Is that some kind of confession of guilt combined with a veiled threat ?
In remembrance of our great Admin Tosa Inu, A tireless worker with the patience of a saint. As long as I live I will not forget you. Thank you for everything!
Yeah, about that. See, I was "active". Or at least I was on the site. I even checked this thread a few times. The only thing I didn't do was post in it, because there was no important conversation to be made.
But I suppose it matters not now, as by creating another tie noone has been lynched anyway. I'd say it's likely I'll survive through the night, too, if everyone's perception of me remains this way.
Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer: The Gameroom
Now you didn't even TRY to veil that threat! but it makes me feel more sure that you were a good lynch.
However - It seems fairly certain from the lack of first night kill, the write-up (and White_Eyes:D post above) that the mafia can do some nasty science-fiction-y type of recruitment, and - especially given that YLC has chosen not to lynch anyone in event of a tie - I shudder at the potential of their powers![]()
Fair enough. You know what I think? Theres 3 possible theories
1: Mafia was unlucky. Kept on being in the room by them selves (not likely)
2: Mafias cunning tactic. Framing the inactives
3: Mafias charging their powerful lazery things. If they charge up for 5 nights, they insta win.
I suggest not lynching anyone, unless someone knows about this powerful lazery thing, since no one has been killed yet and we haven't got a clue
Chaotix, it was a random vote. One kill is better than no kill (I think?)
BLARGH!
Hmmm..
I don't like WE:D's comments at all. I did post my concerns about us lynching him right off the bat in round 1.
It could seem that we triggered an event by doing so. Maybe releasing the Nephilim trapped in him or should I say her. Yes the narration suggest he was a she. The apparition that seduced an ECD Marine could be released from WE:D.
He was too eager to die. Not a good lynch.

White Eyes is behaving similarly to what he did in Whisper in the Night, and he was town in that game until the point he got converted. We really can't decide what alligence White Eyes bares for now.
I would be very cautious if I were mafia, the limitation of the rooms really made if much harder for the mafia to strike compared to normal games.
Overall the town should take maxium advantage to the locations given to them.
I think he means in terms of spreading ourselves out so that the mafia who kills someone will leave themselves part of a small list of suspects... assuming they can only kill in the room thier in...

Erm, as I said before that theory is riddled with holes simply because we do not know if Mafia has to be in the same room as other people to kill them...
Sure it can give us some leads, but we shouldn't take that as a given. We simply do not know.
Night has ended, write up to follow
End Night Two...
John Shlin jogged merrily down the hall from the Flight Deck, only to happy to finally be away from the Inquiry. Falling into fantasy, his mind imagining a thousand different ways he could please his lover, he did not notice her door having been sliced cleanly open until he was upon it. The lights inside flickered on and off, presenting a disorienting view of a ransacked room. John cautiously stepped forward into the room, glass crunching underneath his foot, his eyes scanning to and fro for his lover. Spotting a human shaped lump underneath the ravaged bedsheets, John raced over in panic.
But upon inspection, it was clear it was nothing more then a handful of clothes. The crunch of glass to Shlin's right caught his attention, and as he looked up, the last thing he saw was the teal and grey-white color of a combat suit and a blue upside down horseshoe with a fork inside it before his world went dark...

Deep in the bowels of the ship, the cloaked figure began to play a masterful Requiem Dies Irae. Shadows danced about as if alive, the very alive with energy as the cloaked figure orchestrated it all. His fingers played the light like a puppet, transforming the whole of the area into a dazzling array. His orchestra was the darkness, his sound the light, his medium the shadows, his audience the poor fools aboard the ship...
---------------------------------------
Andres Lemod slept peacefully in his room, happy that the cycles inquiry was over. He dreamed of finally getting back home, to New Brussels on Ganymede, stepping off the lift to topside and seeing his wife and kids. He smiled as he ran to them, grabbing his youngest in his arms and hugging him tight, and kissing his wife gently. But as he pulled away, he gasped. He felt hot, and his head hurt. He screamed in pain as his skin burst into flame, sending him writhing to the ground in agony. He quickly became an inferno, and the heat was so intense, all around him melted and caught flame as well. He cried out as he watched his family turn to ash before him, the pyre saving him for last...
Andres woke with a start, sweat beating down his brow. The first thing he noticed was that he was being dragged along the steel flooring of the ships hallways. The second was what was dragging him along - a man shaped creature, one great draconic wing folded up upon the left side of it's back, it's right arm a red mass of muscle with sharp spines sticking out of the joints and shoulder, the skin covered in scales, giving it a stony appearance. Crisscrossing it were cracks that dripped with intensely hot liquid, almost magmatic.
But the most distinguishing feature was the tail. Long, thick and sinewy, it's kin was like that of the right arm. At the end was a massive four pronged claw, which gripped Andres by the leg. Andres barely noticed being dragged into Mess Hall, having begun to scream and thrash about in panic. With a twitch of it's tail, the being smashed Andres into the wall to stun him, it's deformed clawed arm shooting out and gripping him around the throat before Andres could fall to the floor. The being pulled it's human face within inches of Andres, it's breath like brimstone, and it sneered.
"Silence! You pathetic excuse for a human! You stand idly bye while others nearly kill someone - over what! Their little fears! Cowards they are, frightened children, all to willing to kill another to protect themselves. Worthless little pestilence upon this universe. And now, I will teach you, and them, what cowardice and fear cost!" Andres stared horrified at the creature. "Please, mercy! I beg of you, just let me go! Please, let me go, I have a wife and ki-" The creature roared in anger. "How pathetic! Even now you can't stand up! Spineless fool, begging for mercy! What mercy did you give all those who died as your ship destroyed countless others, bombed the cities of those who dare oppose you! What mercy have you shown those in your very own vessel! You think your life is worth
more then theirs! Let me show you what you really deserve...."
Andres screamed into the night, his agony echoing from the kitchen of the Mess Hall. It went on for almost an hour, his agony intentionally prolonged...
In the morning, the crew were served Belgian sausage, a side of Belgian Fries and a peculiar Red Wine...

Ok, I'll comment. From the write ups I'm assuming that the badges and uniformed people were/are operatives? Just a wild guess. Andres I guess is the ships captain, the write-up seems to be pointing that way. And what is with the classical music guy, creeping me out?!

I don't know how relevant it is that both Andres and shlin was at the same location.
I have made a small tally to find out who was at the same location.
messhall/quarters
Andres
boudica
Reenk Roink
Rythmic
shlin28
TevashSzat

Warman8
If perchance the killers need to be at the same location, part of the OP suggests it (My interpretation is that physical beings need to be physically present, while Nephilim and other psychic beings don't and both killings was performed by physical entities), I would suggest we look at the players in that particular location.
Let's start with
vote: Warman8, what do you have to say?

I'm out of ideas, although, I agree with Sigurd on the location thingy. I suspect the music has something to do with the author, but beyond that I don't know. The music has a nice rythm, so maybe it is Rythmic?
Vote: Rythmic

Well - Looks like the kill was marine on marine if 'john' shlinn was being up front about his identity. As far as the demonic beast with glowing stone skin and a huge tail. hmmmm. Maybe I'll join Warman8 cowering with a gun in the corner - or maybe I'll edge slowly away from him as he cleans his talons... not sure. AND - I'm not sure about galley rations, but they've got to be better than Andres. Can we go back to regular cereal tomorrow puhleeze?
I think the location situation is yet to be established so I'll stay put in MessyCrew Quarters
Still haven't heard much from Reenk, and I'd certainly like to, seeing as he's probably in the next bunk: so vote: Reenk Roink What you reckon?
EDIT: and what the hell is a: "blue upside down horseshoe with a fork inside it" from the writeup ?
