Yeah, me too.I'm not really so absurdly passionate about the BBQ thing (although I still think NC BBQ is the best) but I remain bothered by the idea of Pulled Pork. No barbecue place that knows how to make real chopped BBQ will call it "pulled pork." That's for people who think sweet tea is Nestea and eat grits with a spoon.
