I'm in my second campaign and I have never seen it. The price is about 55 so it would be very profitable to have it.
I thought it might be if you locate a fleet at the ivory coast, but still, I get no ivory from there.
Or can it be found in India somewhere?!

It's on the coasts of Africa, both straits of madagascar and Ivory Coast I think. Make sure your trade routes work properly, there are numerous bugs with them that you can find more about in this forum.

LOL the problem was that I did not had trade ships
totally overlooked them, due to I only build ships in docks
