    It's not just about "letting kids play". It's also about how you train people to become good athletes. This is definitely not how you train people. As the body gets closer to maturity, you can add in more strength training. But the fact remains, football isn't american football, technical skill is what wins the day.
    Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban
