please dont eliminate any factions right now. lets keep going for a while til some idiot joins in and eliminates a NPC, getting himself destroyed by the rest of us upon seeing our points divide by 5.....

John and his last tally are correct, and all nations' points will be rounded up (Divided and rounded up once the next faction dies).

And with TM's attack, the current tally is as it stands:
