    Default Dutchhoplite needs some help!

    Hi all,

Maybe not the right place but i'll try anyway...

For wargaming and roleplaying purposes I’m looking for a website or some kind of software which I can use to create my own “Roman” shield designs. I absolutely don’t know if something like this exists but any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance :)

Well, the first thing that springs into mind is: Why don't you do a Google search?

My goodness dont listen to the self proclaimed forum police.
To change the shield design you first have to unpack the roman soldier texture modell etc. pack. Then you can just modify the shields with paint. You get a instruction here

Nonono, i don't want to change anything in EB. That's way beyond my meagre modding skills :)

What i basicly want to do is (a) keeping track of my legions and (b) create shield designs for each legion fitting my non-historical roman campaign. So if everything goes to plan in my campaign i will have unique designs for each legion created by combining traditional roman symbols with more unusual ones.

I'm affraid i will have to do it in paint

Thumbs up Re: Dutchhoplite needs some help!

Gimp is a pretty awesome and free paint tool. Look it up.

Just as I said. Look in the link. You have to paint it yourself.
