it works, but you need to type in the correct internal unit name, which may or may not be as displayed on the unit card. often it is create_unit "[culture] [unit type] [unit name]" [number] [experience] [weapon] [armour]
for example, Syracusan Hoplite:
hellenistic infantry syracuse hoplite
or daha baexdzhyntae:
steppe missile cavalry daha baexdzhyntae
and so on. most of the internal unit names may be found in export_descr_units.

So how exactly do you use create_unit?
How do you place the units where you want them?

I just use add_money 10000 and that works just fine on my eb games. I guess that wouldn't work if you wanted to give money to another faction. I don't see why you would want too. CURSE YOU SCRIPT AI BONUS!!!!!!!![]()
You type the name of the settlement/character that you want them to join between create_unit and the unit name
so create_unit "Roma" "unit name"
correct unit name found in the edu as Everyone said.
If you still need some more help give me the name of the unit you want to make and where you want it and I will give you an exact example.
