There's a Thief retrospective up at Eurogamer. Nice piece; suffers from the lack of a section about frog beasts though IMO.

I loved Lord Baffard's Manor. If you counted up the number of times I played through it the total would be higher than the number of times I played all the rest of the missions from 1, 2 and 3 put together. The human levels were always my favourites; there was something so much more fun about sneaking around a bunch of paid grunts, looting treasure and listening to their conversations.
