Ahh... one of the good delicacy.... Cat's is neither Kosher nor Halal, but I reccomend them...
Garlic Flavoured Fried Cat:
You'll need:
- a good, healthy kitten (wighing ~ 700 gr - 1 Kg)
- 100 ml of apple vinegar
- 50 - 60 gr of fresh garlic (6 or 7 balls of garlic... ), grend into a paste
- Some kind of flour (maizena is the best)
- 2 finger of Gingers, grinded
- 2 spoon of Cinnamon, finely grinded
- some chili, cut into little slices
- Good quality palm oil (or another oil)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the Kitten's throat, drain its blood completely, after that, immerse in the boiling water for a while to get rid of its furs... an old toothbrush should do the trick really nice..., cut its head and after that, open its stomach, and throw away all its guts and intestines, save for the heart, and liver...
- Cut its body in a manner how you usually cut a rabbit... after that, rub the vinegars all over them, to get rid of their odor... add some salt if required... leave them for 6 hours in refrigator...
- Wash the meat with some ammount of hot water... rinse and dry them on the open air for an hour...
- Rub the garlic, gingers, chili, and cinnamon all over them, leave again for two hours...
- Roll them all over the flour, and fry them with boiling oil... made sure they dried completely...
- Best served with rice and tomatoes...
