Everyone should use the southern hemisphere method since is makes more sense

Its about 18C. Maybe a bit less, but I live and grew up in the skin cancer capital of the world, Queensland. I expect daily temps of 24-34C thank you very much.
I'm with pever on this one, as a northern rivers boy I believe all temperatures below 25C should be outlawed in Australia.
constant 25-30C weather would of course be perfect, but anything up to 40C is also acceptable.
