Why can't I recruit Thraikian Rhomphairoi?

Hey All,

Playing as Epeiros I concurred Serdike, and thought I built all required buildings, but I can't recruit them, it's weird

The recruitment-viewer says I need the same conditions for Agrianians as for the rhomphairoi, but I can recruit the former, but not the latter.

Finally a familiar name! :p

Like last year, I'll probably come and go. During school/sports-season I'm just too busy to play EB (I just can't turn that game off, playing hours and hours on end.) So every summer I come back to the forum, surprised my log in still works, and have a lot of fun with EB.
