As I said, I am Spook, therefore, Spook wouldn't vote on himself, would he? "I must logically deduct, I will send myself to the Brig".

However, I do believe you are now innocent, also, you also forget that "two votes were not heard" and also "two people didn't vote"

Since the others have either been in the brig, or in the brig, this leaves the choice either me or Atheotos. Since it is not me, as I am Spook, it must be Atheotos. Thus, I suggest we send Atheotos to the brig. Afterall, the worst punishment is being in the brig for a couple of days.

    On Rura Penthe

Kirk and McCoy found themselves surrounded by several Klingons with disrupters pointed!

"Someone wants you out of the way. An accident can be convincing for killing one of you, but not two. Now killed while trying to escape...now that's convincing for both!"

"Who? Who wants us out of the way?"

"Since you're all going to die anyways, why not tell. There's a traitor on your ship. This traitor's name is..."

Before anything could happen, they were both transported back to the Enterprise.

    (Kirk's view)

    On the Enterprise

"Stupid...son of a...they were just about to explain the whole thing!" said Kirk.

"Would you like us to beam you back down?" asked Chekov.

    "Absolutely not!" said McCoy.

After Spock briefs Kirk, Kirk decides to make an executive decision

"Those in the brig are to be released, and are free to go about their duties. But they are still under suspicion. Today, Khazaar and johnhughthom will each start with one vote against them."

"I can administer a truth serum," suggested Dr. McCoy. "It would, unfortunately, knock the recipient unconscious for an entire month."

"Very well," said Kirk. "Starting with today's vote, the person with the most votes will be forced to take this serum."

Begin Day 4. Voting will end abruptly at 1800 PST Friday (0100 GMT Saturday). The "winner" of each vote will from now on be removed from the game!

Vote: Atheotos for reasons I explained earlier.
