There was some impressive wifom going on in my head as I tried to figure out which weapon to pick. On the one hand, I thought, "He's gotta pick the katana, everyone loves a katana, so I should pick the nunchaku....." and then I thought "But wait, if I know that everyone loves a katana, then surely he does too, so I should pick the Shurikens to counter the nunchaku he picked to counter the katana...."Originally Posted by Chaotix

It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then, the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

I might give this tiebreaker rule a more permanent place in my games. I must admit combat to the death is a nice way to end a round.

I had the same sort of thing going on in my mind, too. Except when I got to the point where I should pick shuriken, I figured "No, he'll be expecting me to do that if he thought as far as I did, so he's probably gonna go with the katana just because I would expect someone to want to and therefore not pick it, so I have to go with nunchaku to counteract that."There was some impressive wifom going on in my head as I tried to figure out which weapon to pick. Next time, I'll just pick it randomly or something, I bet it will work out better.

My apologies for not getting to the writeup on time.
NIGHT ONE-
The six remaining crew returned to their quarters. The hum of the power systems was all that was heard... until the sounds of screaming woke everyone up. They all rushed to the common area, but no one could figure out who had been screaming. Assuming it was just a nightmare, they all went back to sleep.
In the morning, more of the ship's systems were damaged. But all six crew members were still alive.
Crew remaining: 6/7
