Different settlements/provinces

Are there any plans to have any different cities this time around?

What exactly do you mean?
Some of the provinces will be removed, some added. The province capitals will be changed for some. Some region boundaries will be altered. Although, for the most part, the map will be very similar to EB1 (except may in the steppes).

Yep, the EBII will most likely remain the same as in EBI. Of course it will seem different, with all the improvements that are being made, but most of the settlements will be the same as in EBI.

Its supposed to be a third larger in terms of area but yeah still the same number of regions.
