@ Sasaki - your response to Lord Winter shooting Iskander (it was within 15 minutes of Iskander's post) made me think the 6 of them cant do anything for 6 hours....

I didn't really think of someone getting shot once by one person and then once by another person. Anyway, in movies they always get a last shot before dying. So yes, shot once and your out for 6 hours, get shot again and you get 15 minutes for your last shot.
