A few patches ago Pontus had a bugged +9001 exp bonus in one of their cities.

Casse (used to?) have a Temple which grants +3 attack and +3 armor.
A (Rebel only?) Celtic temple can grant (4?) exp points upon building, something the Romans weren't prepared for once Aedui took liguria, and spammed overpowered Ligurian Spearmen.

Best AI Gaul expansion I've seen, wish my computer didn't crash and I had the screenie, they stretched from Numantia to the Swebotraustamnoz., from Massilia to Ak-Ink.
