Because otherwise you would have just attacked you three times and you'd be dead before you even read the thread? 6 hours in the thread is like 6 seconds in the fight, it has to be.

I'm thinking this game should have just had a basic Stab: so and so command, since two people have missed turns due to Sasaki being picky over the wording. A sword and a cutlass are pretty close to each other. Although that was pretty funny.

I think slash is still alive, just badly wounded. Otherwise Sasaki would have explicitly stated he was dead.

got you... i misunderstood that 2 hits part. i thought they wont die instantly after the 2nd hit. so it looks like there is a % chance of dying after the 2nd hit.
