CR may have fooled us with his pirate sounding talk, but his actions are not pirate like. I ask you, what kind of pirate would want to gather lists of information, and narrow down suspects. Pirates shoot first and ask questions later. CR is the british special officer. He will make a great show of hunting down the maven crewmen, meanwhile he will gather info on all the pirates special roles and eliminate them or send them astray. He will get their role pm's and give them to his confederates. He will place his british recruits in positions of authority in his townie group, and kill those who refuse to cooperate.
