England wishes to voice its support for the unification of Northern Germany under the State of Saxony. It is willing to back the Saxons in this endeavor any any attempt by another nation to disrupt Saxony's attempt at unifying of the area will be considered hostile to England.

Being the only Muslim faction in the game just makes me that much better.

'sides, I got the most hexes in the game. It's not like I even need the freaking interest! I'll give out loans to my allies, whoever they may be, at 0% interest. They probably need it more than me. Unless I go to war with Austria.

Besides my loans don't even HAVE interest rates. It is you get 2000, I expect back 2500. when you pay it back is up to you, Lump sum, small payments, whatever. Its a very good deal, especially if you are my ally.
