Besides, there's really only one game per season that matters to us.

I'm assuming "no". The Apple Cup between Washington and Wazzu is always the last game of the year for the two teams.

Yup. We've won 3 of the last 4. But the Huskies have a competent coach this year and we're feeling the terrible effects of four years of bad recruitment. When I was in high school, the team was pretty darn good, like beating 5th ranked Texas in a bowl game good. But then the good coach got hired away (and fired before one game at that school) and his successor couldn't recruit.
And I must concede to STFS that he's got an awesome gif there.
