None of what gollum wrote applies to girls.
Also there's a contradiction: gollum states that women are both more aware of their flaws and strenghts and can thus use them better. Also they have more life experience (at age 16???).
Life experience is the sum of mistakes you've made, nothing different. If girls commit less mistakes, their life experience must be smaller, not greater.
Also I think the difference between the sexes is due to their different role in reproduction. They pick the partners, not we, so it's only natural that they can be more "colder" in that regard and thus show a greater degree of calmness. But when it comes to "real" problems and decision, they are just hopeless. Which is also proved by the great number of women whose charge is way too much for their abilities.
