When/if you find them, go to a hosting website like https://imageshack.us/ and upload it from there.

Once its uploaded, it should give you a whole bunch of options, simple one is to take the "Link for forums" option, copy and paste into a post here.

If it gives you two options for forums, it doesnt matter, Org will accept them both.
