Next, I have made contact with a living person who apparently will be quite powerful and useful to you, but I'd need to know which of the ghosts are useful to him. Do you know anyone else besides yourself that he should be aware of, that has powers and abilities that they didn't have before?

As far as I know, every ghost get the same abilities. Collectively we can influence the game.

I think this person can communicate with ghosts. And yeah, their alignment seems... variable to say the very least.

The alignment of the ghosts should be clear. from the OP:

When good, non-mafia players die, they become Ghosts, and move to a Ghost Council QuickTopic, which will come in your PM. The Ghost Council behaves just like the Town does, except instead of voting for people to lynch, they vote to use one of their collective abilities to use for the night. But given how dead CDF is starting to look, it seems to me that someone like that is taking a rather huge risk admitting that to me.

I'm afraid I acted in what I thought was the best interest of the town... but his claim that he was going to go help Andres' team didn't help matters. If he was a potential friend to the town, we both have an equal share in that not happening. He didn't pull me aside and go "look, this is my role, you want to remove some votes from me or what?", nothing. Didn't really fight for his life, didn't give any reasons why he shouldn't die, nothing. So it's a sad day all around, now that I've revealed, if he turns out to be neutral.

Glad you asked... According to some deities, which hangs around in the world beyond - Your lynch choice of today is one of them... able to give townies powers. Hence neutral or non Mafia. I am not sure how important these purple named characters are to the game or how they could aid us in getting rid of the burgundy characters (Mafia). One among them claims the town is doomed if more are removed from play.
