As default, it simply add these units to Phalava, only in custom battles. You may chance that at will. and yes, they have been balanced.

interesting, perhaps we can combine the faction with Saka and simulate a westward expansion of Qin? The Saka are the most likely to be made their vassal...

or maybe we can change the Saka faction recruitment alltogether, so they are now are qin expedition force Yihaaa..... as soon as I go back from campus I'll download it and hope to kick Romaioi ass soon with army fresh from 中国!
