Well quite clearly, the only legal way you will get another copy of MTW2 is by buying another... and keep the next copy away from the little ones.

If you're looking for a way to aquire a copy without paying you're asking in the wrong place.

If it's just the silver side of the disk that's scratched, you can get away with a fair amount of polishing without damaging the data. CDs are amazingly resilient.
