Morocco is the place for you. Sweet, hot, mint tea, with honey pastries.

Civilised peoples drink their tea boiling hot, with a spot of milk and optional sugar or a slice of lemon.

    Lady Grey is divine.
If you're not going to drink tea neat, in small quantities, delicate enough to savour the taste, you might as well make tea a routine or an ordeal. Either various Chinese teas drunk in small cups and with the right proportion of tea to water, or any old tea bag soaked through, with just a dash of sugar to make it palatable, but most importantly strong enough to make one's hair stand up. Either paradise or utility will do, but don't confuse one with the other.
