This is... rather confusing. I really don't know who to vote for and lack the time required to re-read the thread again. So for now Vote: Abstain

From Friday onwards I will have more time so hopefully I would have formed some sort of an opinion by then.

I would still be wary of TinCow, though... he is deliberately washing his own hands of any vote that may later seem scummy. It's allowing him to seem innocent enough without him really contributing anything. Sort of like the way khaan kept starting bandwagons and it took three rounds for you all to lynch him because you thought he was just "setting up random lynches"- and that's not scummy at all.
