Mori Gaesum

One of the changes from EB1 to EB 1.2 has been a retexture of the Mori Gaesum. I love the original burgundy clothes with the black shield and would like to know if I could have, say, the Sweboz, use it instead of the current default. So how would I go about this and would it mess anything up?

Use the Eleutheroi model (I, too, find it prettier - it's the shield pattern. The Eleutheroi one just looks classic. OTOH, I somehow prefer the armour on the Swêboz model).
