Are all of these normal in game graphics?

Those are from the official postings of the units.

I doubt that you see that quality on in game close ups, but they will be darn nice anyway.

This game has much enhanced graphics over Empire.

Even when you see the empire unit cards they look childish and crude compared to what NTW has.

The main difference I see is favorable lighting and maybe a higher AA setting than what's available in the game (mine only goes up to 8). But yeah those are definitely in-game graphics and NTW is gorgeous.

Those guys are already in the vanilla game. You get "King's German" units from liberating German states as Britain in the campaign. They've just never been recruitable in custom battle/multiplayer before.
