This would be another. The Isles with, primarily, a Celtic-Saxon blend I think would be a great 'what if' scenario. Someone should write a book about that. Harold put up a great fight against both Viking and then Norman, and fought with his men like a true king in the Saxon shieldwall.

Hehe, of course after Normandy in my version Wales would be next. Then Scotland. But the traditional (Germanic-style) Anglo-Saxon Common Law was really a whole lot nicer than (roman influenced) Frankish Feudalism, especially for the average dude. The only downside to the Anglo-Saxons was that they were constantly being attacked.

don't worry, it will come. But when it will be finally released, the chimps may have evolved into a new branch of humanity... EB is trying to evolve, and for what we know, evolution takes millions of years ;)

B ut if we speak from the australopitechus who appeared (appeared is a quied odd word in fact...) from who the earliest fossil found is little older than 4 millions years old, wich make millions of years before the apparition of Homo Erectus around 2.5 millions years ago, wich still make millions of years ;) And of corse, chimps wouldn't become new humans... but did really nobody realized that I was being sarcastic in my other post and I was being using metaphores to express an opinion?

Its worth pointing out that if chimps evolve into creatures similar to us behavioraly, they would not be a new branch of human.
