Won't work without a gamepad, and I doubt it will find a loving home with the pc-crowd, it couldn't be more of a console title. Just play the damn game if you have it.

I've been kind of curious about this game. Sooner or later, I should rent it, but I'm not really keen on these third-person action games. I've already played Uncharted 2 and Bayonetta and was pretty unimpressed by both. I'll probably rent Dante's Inferno as well so I can compare them.
It's more like Zelda, it has brutal combat like the games you mention but the emphasis is more on puzzle-solving and exploration, game really opens up eventually. If you put the combat on easy the epic fights are little more then a mild nuisance preventing you from getting from A to B. You'll die once a few times in some encounters but you will know what to do next try, not a very hard game.
