What makes you think that there is a killer around?
If this is a game when someone wins by surviving, killer will have a overwhelming advantage.

My theory is Pizza has only told the killer who they are this round.

Yes but there is 'evil force amongst us' so some may be more motivated to kill than others.

True, but if my theory is correct, the "evil force" is still fighting for control. I'm guessing we're facing some sort of demon possession and the individual who is possessed, is still able to control themselves. That, or something, or someplace, within the manor releases the demon upon contact or entry. I could be wrong, but I don't think the demon is powerful enough yet to force its host to start killing. Where's an angel when you need one.
