As for nice weather, I bet it's true if you mean "so freaking warm that breathing is enough to make you sweat". Beh. The sooner I can move up north the better.

Things are probably better on the Atlantic Coast, but the Mediterranean coast is a mix of white trash France and Algeria. In short, it sucks.
