Help, what's happening?

I wanted to play EB this evening, but now I get a CTD every time I want to continue a save or start a campaign!!!

All I can think of that could be causing it, is that just before trying to start EB the first time this evening, I opened the EDCT to see the Mephis Seleucid satrapy trigger (see the other thread).

I thought about changing it into Memphis, but at the end I changed it into Mephis again and quit the file.

And it's far from the first time I fiddle with the text files. (My modding abilities are limited, but I can work with them!)

Since then I get a CTD without error message 8 times in a row, with every save game or new campaign I try. I even rebooted my pc, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?
