So you've expanded your empire, and have 10-15 provinces that you are teching up while preparing armies for the next push. You have buildings and troops queued up across your domain, but not enough cash to purchase or start building them all. How does the computer determine which build queues get allocated funds and which get starved? Most/least expensive item first? Province alphabetical order? Troops, then buildings? I've tried to get a feel for it, but can't make any sense of it. It's a real pain when you have to dequeue stuff just so one province can get going on a citadel. Has anybody researched this yet?![]()
