Name, Castle, Income are necessary. Name is the name of the province, castle is the name of the castle, income is the base income of the province from the startpos file.

Portsea is the name of the sea that the port feeds into.

Title is the name and stats of the governor's title

Resources are gold, silver, copper, salt, iron

Trade is any trade good available

Allows is any specific building or unit that needs this province

Valour is the name of any unit that gets a valour bonus here

Unrest is the unrest factor for this province
