faction is the faction that owns the province at the start of the campaign for this era

buildings are the buildings present in the province at the start of the campaign for this era

troops are the units present in the province at the start of the campaign for this era.

TBD - need to figure out the best way to represent this data. One template for all eras? This would allow for the header to be added. This willonly work if eras are essentially hardcoded, and limits it to grand campaign descriptions.
