Well since he is going to get dead anyway, Nightbringer told the bodyguard in a PM that he roleblocked him, which would explain why the bodyguard did not die instead of Johhug.

That does not necessarily mean the bus driver is not lying. But I am farily certain that the busdriver and Nightbringer are not both scummies working together, because one of the people voting for Nightbringer is the busdriver. They are either both telling the truth, or the busdriver is lying.

This time the discussion wasn't quite as versatile as during the first day. There were cases made on a few people but in between there was always someone calling out for the head of one Mr. Nightbringer. Votes on him piled up over the day and in the end he had a comfortable lead over the other candidates.

"Jules Nightbringer", Alex called out and a semi bald, well fed guy got up and walked towards the janitor.

"Yes?"

"Any last words?"

"Well. This is tasteless. You didn't even let me finish the wine in front of me." He shook his head, clearly disturbed at this outcome but prepared for whatever Alex had in store for him. The janitor, taking a deep breath, reached into his pocket, when suddenly another guy got up. Dressed in a rather bland, woollen vest, wearing big glasses and a straw hat that seemed strangely out of place he took the stage.

"Now wait a moment. Why him? I mean, look at the boy."

"Boy?", Mr. Nightbringer exclaimed.

"Shut up when I'm talking, will ya? Now, see, he has no manners. Obviously he grew up in a difficult neighbourhood, probably broken home, having to steal to survive, etc. you get the picture."

Jules was just shaking his head, rolling his eyes but the other guy continued his motivational speech nonetheless: "He never had a chance in his life," his voice now emulated a sobbing child, "he never saw the light of hope." A few tears could be seen among the crowd and then the speaker shifted his mood. "But now we have an opportunity, my friends. We can do something right. We can give this kid another chance!"

"You can do it, Jules!", another guy cried out and the speaker picked it up: "Yes! He can do it! Say it with me: Jules, you can do it!"

"JULES, YOU CAN DO IT!", they all shouted in one accord while getting up, applauding and storming forward to hug the seriously confused Mr. Nightbringer. They would have probably carried him out of the room on their shoulders had they not thought about athritis and other little handicaps just in time.

Alex just stood to the side and shook his head in disbelief, murmuring: "You guys creep even me out", before exiting the room, leaving Nightbringer unharmed.

NIGHT 3

It had been a few very long days and the last one had been no different. Even though no one had died, the fact that they had to vote for the death of another guest who might have been innocent, started to get to some of the current residents of Sesame Peak. Our guitar player wasn't one of them though, or so it seemed, since later that night he picked up his instrument again, playing another one of his favourite tunes:

Few of the guests up on the mountain could find peace and rest for the night. Everyone was finding himself some means of defence, whether it was a baseball bat, a knife from the kitchen area or just a log from the fire wood supply. They holed up in their rooms and none were out playing cards this night. Only one of them could relax. He had cheated death once already during this week and now he was going to celebrate his 'pardoning' with the wonderful bottle of wine in front of him. It was his last bottle of Château Mouton Rothschild 1928 and he was going to enjoy every last drop of it.

He had settled into one of the major lounge areas and even had two more glasses prepared, ready to share this exquisite drink, should any of the other guests be in a mood to celebrate Jules' survival of this day's lynch. And soon enough one of the other guests appeared and approached Jules, smiling.

"I see you are in good spirits. Nothing wrong with that, I guess, since you survived today, even though you had most of the votes."

"Yes. It seems someone has taken a liking to me. Care for a drink in celebration of my survival?"

The other guest took the bottle carefully and examined the label. "Wow. Oh most certainly, this is truly an incredible wine and I would be honored to share it with you."

"So you are a wine connoisseur as well I take it?"

"Yes, not as well educated as you probably are but I am well able to know a fantastic wine when I see it." He put the bottle down and in the movement he accidentally pushed the glasses off the table, breaking all three of them. "Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm such a clumsy fellow."

"Don't worry, it's just the glasses, right? Could you get new ones from the kitchen. I'll clean up this mess in the meantime."

The other guest nodded and when he returned a few minutes later the shards of glass were all cleaned up, they both sat down on opposite sides of a couch table and Jules poured the wine. They both took their glasses and Jules thought about a toast but the other guest was quicker.

"To your death."

Now Jules raised an eyebrow and saw the wicked smile and sharp look on the other's face and set his glass back down as did his drinking companion. Jules shook his head in disbelief. "So you are...?"

"Yes, I suppose I am."

"And my wine?"

"Poisoned. Just one of the glasses of course as I intend to enjoy this wonderful drink while you enjoy your last moments on earth."

"And why should I not just call the other guests and tell them to get rid of you?"

"Well, first of all, everyone here knows that you are the great vinedresser and that this is your wine. As soon as you start calling I will call all the louder and I will simply tell them that they were right when voting you today and you just tried to poison me. Second, you think you know so much about wine that you will certainly smell the poison, figuring out which of the glasses is not poisoned and since I will let you choose, you will want to take this chance to get rid of me yourself, be a hero. Thirdly, and this is the most important reason, this is a Château Mouton Rothschild 1928 we are talking about and if you have even the slightest chance to find the correct glass you will not let this go to waste."

Jules seemed to think about this for a moment before he leaned forward, sniffing at both of the glasses for a few minutes until he sat back down. "None of the glasses smell weird." The other just shrugged, so Jules continued: "I might as well try to figure out what kind of a man you are. Would you put the poison into my glass or into your own? You are most certainly smart and no intelligent man will put the poison into his own glass, so I can definitely not choose the wine in front of me, but on the other hand you might also assume that I reason this way and so I cannot choose the wine in front of you..."

This went on for a few minutes, until Jules was staring at his opponent, exhausted from arguing with himself while the other just looked at him, strangely amused it seemed. "Look, there!", Jules suddenly pointed to the far end of the room but he only earned laughter from the other guest.

"This won't work, friend. I've seen the movie too, now make your choice."

The next morning they discovered Jules Nightbringer on the floor, a glass still in his hand, most of it's content spilled, his face a painful expression. The other glass on the table was empty, no other signs of the killer were found, except for a piece of paper that had been left next the bottle of wine:

This old man came rolling home

Alex, the janitor, soon entered the scene as he had been called by some of the guests and he took Nightbringer's glass, sniffed it and exclaimed: "Potassium Cyanide."

"How would you know?", one of the guests asked.

"I drink it for breakfast. Strengthens my immune system. Anyway, this is starting to worry me. Do something right today."

Anyway my source is myself Autolycus role is called John the Mechanic he is mafia.My role is a jack of all trades I have a one shot investigation plus various other abilities which I will not reveal here. Last night I decided to investigate autolycus i got a mafia result back on him. There is nothing more that I can say really. Trust me or not lynch me first then lynch autolycus when you see I was honest or lynch autolycus and see me killed tonight. Either way it ends with my death.

I dont know if busdrives could affect investigation results w/o letting you know you got switched, but I am 99% sure thats not what happened. The mafia may not come after you tonight because they both expect us to expect it and also because with your one-shot invesigation drained, you are less of a threat.

There seem to be a lot of one shot powers involved here. I know of 3, and would be willing to bet the lynch-block was also a one time deal. This could make late game very interesting as we may be out of skillz

After the death of the vinedresser who had just been saved from the lynch, everyone felt a bit discouraged the next day. The discussion was slow and a few people were even wandering off, almost resignating until one of them lifted his voice and made an interesting claim.

"It's Mr. Autolycus. I know it and I have proof. His first name is John and he's a mechanic."

"Well," one of the guests replied, "that doesn't necessarily make him a killer now, does it?"

An uproar was heard among the elderly men, some of them were clearly upset that this guy had the nerve to just stalk other people's rooms and some were eager to rather punish him until they gathered their senses and their attention went back to the mechanic who was trying to lurk his way out of the room.

"So, what do you have to say about all of this?", one gentleman asked him.

Autolycus just shrugged: "I don't know what he's talking about, he's got to be insane, you know? I'm just a simple man, yes, I'm a mechanic but that doesn't make him right about me being a killer."

They all looked at him for a few moments until one of them gave the whole situation a dismissive wave of his hand and looked at Alex stating: "Whatever, just take him for today", and the others agreed.

As the janitor approached Autolycus, the old man suddenly reached inside his jacket and pulled out a gun with a silencer on. He spun around and aimed it at Alex but the janitor was a bit too fast for him, kneeing him in the groin, John falling to the ground, dropping his gun for the janitor to pick it up. "Any last words?"

"Mnngghhhh..."

"Thought so." Alex lifted the pistol to aim at the mechanic's head and pulled the trigger, splattering the insides of his head over the floor. He raised an eyebrow and looked at the weapon, dissatisfied. "It just doesn't feel right without a bang." And with that he reached for his revolver, emptying the whole six shots into Autolycus before looking at the crowd who was staring at him, terrified by the sight. "What are you looking at? Get to bed and try not to get yourselves killed tonight."

And as with every night the voice of our musician was heard throughout the chalet:

It had definitely been a good day for those that wanted to foil the evil schemes that were at work on Sesame Peak. A killer had been lynched today and some were celebrating in the lounge areas although no one was drinking wine or anything for that matter.

One guy had no desire to celebrate though. He wasn't sad either. He just didn't care and since the man who had succesfully found a killer would be the topic of all talk, tonight's party held nothing of interest for Mr. Visorslash.

When he couldn't be the center of attention he figured he could as well just take a walk alone. He walked out onto the front porch and took a deep breath of fresh air, watching the stars in the clear sky before he began a walk around the house, enjoying the coolness of the night. Someone was still interested in Visorslash though and as he turned another corner he was suddenly staring at the barrel of a gun. His eyes widened when he recognized the one who wielded it.

"You...?"

"Time for you to die."

The gunshot rang through the night and the killer disappeared before the partying crowd could make their way to find the body of Jarvis Visorslash who was breathing his last. Looking around at those trying to save him to no avail he smiled as he closed his eyes. Finally he was back at the center of everyone's attention.

The next morning they all gathered in the dining hall again. Autolycus' remains had been cleaned off the floor and everyone was ready for another round of hunting. They got the right one yesterday and were sure that their luck had finally turned.

"You all fine?", Alex asked, as if nothing had ever happened over the last few days. "You impressed me yesterday so let's all continue the same way, right? Get voting!"

DAY 4

The discussion was slow this day. Everyone seemed to be waiting for another revelation like the one from yesterday. They all somehow expected that another guy would speak up and tell them who was guilty for sure but that wouldn't happen. Votes were cast in a lot of directions and the guests at Sesame Peak didn't seem very happy to decide for anyone's death.

When the sun slowly vanished behind the horizon they had two candidates in the lead. Mr. Tratorix and Mr. issaikhaan had been chosen by the huge majority of two people and thus had to step up in front of the others. Mr. Tratorix had already accepted his fate it seemed when he stated that he was done for and when they asked for Mr. issaikhaan's defence he just remained silent.

So they stared. They all stared at the two candidates, the two candidates stared at each other and Alex... Alex had fallen asleep. He had sat down in a chair to rest for a moment and now loud snoring could be heard from his general direction.

"Alright!", suddenly one of the men jumped up. Well, he didn't exactly jump up as his legs wouldn't have allowed that but he rose to his feet a bit faster than he'd usually do. "I have decided. Lynch Mr. Tratorix, I have spoken!" Everyone was staring at him now but since he looked dead serious they accepted his vote and Mr. issaikhaan walked back into the crowd.

"So, what do we do now?", one of the men asked when he realised they weren't able to wake up the janitor.

"Just leave him here. He'll take care of it, I guess", another replied and started to walk out of the room. Slowly the crowd of guests exited the dining hall and they all started to make their way towards their rooms. Tratorix just remained there, at first he yelled after them how they couldn't keep wasting their lynches like that but then he just resignated and sat down on the floor, staring at the sleeping janitor.

It wasn't until later that night that everyone who might have already been asleep woke up with a jump when Tratorix' terrifying screams were heard throughout the chalet.

This time it took a while for our musician to shake off the uncanny feeling that the lynch of Tratorix had left behind but eventually he started playing again:

The disturbing screams of last day's lynch victim had just died down when this man made his way towards the lounge area. He hoped to find someone there, having his own plan for tonight he didn't really care about what happened around him. Suddenly Mr. Ishmael was yanked out of his thoughts and back into reality as another man approached him.

"Hello, how are you?"

Ishmael didn't want to be rude but he was kind of busy and so he tried to bypass the conversation by just giving very vague answers but it was to no avail. This man was a pain in the :daisy: . He obviously had no manners as he instantly started to go on about his job experiences, his hobbies, family, etc.

"Excuse me for a moment", hours had passed and Ishmael had long realised that he wouldn't be able to finish his task tonight but he really needed to visit the bathroom now. He got up and left his new buddy alone for a moment, going about his business. After was finished and had carefully washed his hands he stood in front of the mirror, rearranging his hair when he suddenly noticed the red dots on his palms. It looked like a rash but it was rapidly spreading onto his lower arms and kept expanding up past his elbow. His skin started to itch and burn and while he tried to wash it off to no avail he noticed that he had a hard time breathing. He tried calling for help but it was as if his tongue was paralysed and moments later he had collapsed onto the floor and he knew the last miserable moments of his life were upon him.

When his conversational partner noticed that Ishmael wasn't returning he went looking for him in the bathroom and moments later the whole house was alerted. The dead body of Ishmael lay lifeless on the bathroom tiles and there was no sign of the killer whatsoever, only a small note was pinned to the soap dispenser:

This old man came rolling home

The next morning they were all gathered again and many looked disturbed, even DeLaney was there again, trying to encourage his guests. "Well. You cought one, right? The others can't be far, friends, so come on and hand them over to Alex here, yes? I really don't like what these men do to the reputation of my resort."

Alex nodded and stepped up in front of the crowd. "You heard the man. No more playing around, get them!"

I've got my suspicions of B_Ray. If you look at the lynch of autolycus, the only scum we've lynched to date, one would assume his partner wouldn't be voting for him too early on. If you therefore look at the people voting for him when his lynch was certain or not voting for him, you get the following people:

Tratorix (Dead), Seon (vouched for by MRD), Warman (confirmed neutral?), Diamondeye (confirmed neutral?), dcmort93 (confirmed neutral?), MRD (seems townie, confirmed?), robbiecon (confirmed neutral?), autolycus (mafia), and B_Ray.

This list is probably overly exhaustive (it only excludes the first 4 or so votes), and I'm not quite sure who's been confirmed to be neutral or not (it all happened such a long time ago - my old, senile brain can't keep up). However, based on this B_Ray both didn't vote on autolycus early, and is one of the only people not accounted for. That said, if anybody finds any evidence to the contrary please put it out here.

EDIT: Incidentally MRD, a page or so back you said you were checking out robbiecon - did you end up doing this? (robbiecon, no offense - I was going to ask that before I saw you had posted :yes:)

EDIT2: In regards to the rhyme scheme, all the killer had to do was glance at 'This Old Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_Old_Man)' on Wikipedia, where they would have found the much more thematically appropriate 'hive,' considering I died via evil rash. The standards of young people these days...(*mutters to himself*)

I actually do have a good reason for not voting on Autolycus that round, but it pertains to my personal goal, which I'm not interested in making public.

But I have been thinking about making a private reveal to MRD for a while (since he's one of only two people who seem unquestionably pro-town so far), and I guess I might as well do it now. I'll leave it up to him if he wants to dispense my role information to anyone else.

I do like Ishmael's effort to actually find a case on someone, though, and I'll make a spin off that. To my memory, Diamondeye was the only player to openly oppose the vote for Autolycus. He voted for Captain, who made the scan on Auto. So I'll give him my vote for the moment.

I'm not posting his PM yet because I don't want to reveal his abilities on the off chance that he can explain himself. His abilities could definitely benefit the town, but they would also be a convenient sidetrack for townies perpetrated by a scum because whether or not the ability worked or was used would be practically impossible to prove or trace. There are, however, other abilites like that.

Just about everyone has claimed to me in private, so why would I kill the guy who wasn't playing along (you) when I have busdrivers, roleblockers and bodyguards to choose from?

Calm down MRD. I was drawing a conclusion based on the evidence at hand as to who looks the most likely to be mafia. You will note the low modality of my comment, with words like "might" and "if" - I'm just offering advice here. I would like to state that if I suggest somebody is scum, I do not intend it as a personal attack. If you could post his PM that would be appreciated; it might help us determine what the deal is. That said, the only options I can see are:

a) Robbiecon lied about his role for no real reason - seems like scum
b) Robbiecon told the truth about his PM, and MRD gets incorrect results for some reason (I'm assuming you scanned him yourself?)
c) Robbiecon told the truth, and MRD is lying

b seems unlikely, which is why I suggested the above course of action. If you have any more evidence though, that might change things.

Calm down MRD. I was drawing a conclusion based on the evidence at hand as to who looks the most likely to be mafia. You will note the low modality of my comment, with words like "might" and "if" - I'm just offering advice here. I would like to state that if I suggest somebody is scum, I do not intend it as a personal attack. If you could post his PM that would be appreciated; it might help us determine what the deal is. That said, the only options I can see are:

a) Robbiecon lied about his role for no real reason - seems like scum
b) Robbiecon told the truth about his PM, and MRD gets incorrect results for some reason (I'm assuming you scanned him yourself?)
c) Robbiecon told the truth, and MRD is lying

b seems unlikely, which is why I suggested the above course of action. If you have any more evidence though, that might change things.

The reason I "took charge," as some call it, is because I nailed my first scan on night 1 and got DCMort93. I figured might as well start spreading info.

Warman claimed to me. I am 100% certain he is town as his abilites and skills would not make any sense for a mafia cover role. Furthermore, the nature of his skills are very similar in style to other people who claimed much later. For a scum to be able to nail a fake story like that on Day 1 to me is almost impossible unless another peson had already claimed to Warman, which is highly unlikely. Furthermore, he forwards his nightly orders to me after he sends them to the host.

Alan The Construction WorkerWarman being town: 100%

DCMorts scan revealed just his aligment. On Day 1 In private he claimed to myself and Classical Hero in the same email that he could roleblock. He also allegedly claimed to His personal goal involves blocking a certain number of various actions. His only win condition is to survive. His alleged roleblocks on subsequent nights have been impossible to prove or disprove. He did not reveal his name or occupation. My scan of DCMort93 says I get the feeling that he is too tolerant for his own good, and he is nuetral. On night one he roleblocked Classical Hero He also allegedly claimed to Traitorix, Johhog and DiamondEye. On night 2 he roleblocked Captain BlackAdder DCMort also recruited NightBringer to protect Warman (Nightbringer was a bodyguard/roleblocker at the same time) because at the time DCMORT thought Warman was the one doing scans and was possibly a bodyguard himself. What concerns me is that if he thought Warman was a bodyguard, it makes no sense to roleblock a bodyguard in order to protect him, or maybe it does, I dunno. But Nightbringer was definitely recruited by DC that round, I got that from 3 sources.

On 8-6 DC said he was blocking Ishmael, this is also who he allegedly blocked last night. He blocked Ishmael twice, but in between we nailed a scum, so just because blocking Ishmael the first time did not prevent a murder does not mean it would not work the second time if Ishmale was the other scum. You decide.
This could still be a cover role for mafia, but unlikely since he is nuetral. Were there a serial killer, we would have had more kills per night.

DCMort chances of being town: 75%

Seon claimed to me in private. He claimes to be the busdriver, and to know that I am innocent. He does not reveal his alignment. He claims to have busdriven me with Johhug. Johhug died on night 2. I was initially weary of this until I learned through both my own PM and one sent to the bodyguard that Nightbringer roleblocked the bodyguard, which would explain why the bodyguard did not die and Johhug did. Next I worried than Seon and Nightbringer may be scamming together to trick me, until I saw that Seon had voted for Nightbringer. That was the day I blocked the lynch. I was certain Nightbringer was innocent, but only partially certain that Seon was. I find it hard to believe that a busdriver would also be a mafia, however, Seon could be lying about being a busdriver and could have targeted Johhug directly. ***THIS WAS THE NIGHT OF THE CARDGAME**Seon alerted me on the next evening that he would be busdriving me with DCMort I know of none of his subsequent nights targets.

Chances that Seon is legit w/o further info: 75%

RobbieCon: Frank the Coach. Nuetral. Being attacked (1 freebie) turns him town. Not sure if he has any other actions. What concerns me about this role is that robbie is already saying he has turned to town, which means he has survived an attack that was never reflected in the writeup. Is this possible? Did someone roleblock him or protect him who can speak up? My scan reveals that he is definitely not nuetral. He also felt around for info on who the busdriver was, but it did not give me a bad vibe until after I scanned him. This could also be a clever ploy to explain why he has not been attacked yet, because if a mafia got wind of his role they would not want to have to waste 2 nights killing him.

Chances Robbie is legit w/o further info: less than 50%


DiamondEye: After my scan I confirmed that he is nuetral with the same wording as DCMort. He states that lynching him would be a bad idea. Based on certain patterns in role claims and second tier effects lynching DE may result in him surviving and turning mafia. (see Robbies claim, as well as Visorslash's claim to me that he did not care who won or lost, and that he needed to be lynched to fulfill some sort of plan, but that getting lynched was not a personal goal. This may mean there is someone else with a day ability not unlike the one that I have) I also mentioned to Visor that he was claiming sort of the same thing as DiamondEye in regards to getting lynched, and he never responded to that point. This could all be crap and a bluff, but DE is definitely nuetral.

Chances that DE is legit w/o further info: 50%

B_Ray: Claims to be the Pastor, a pacifist. He is not supposed to vote for the winner of a lynch, with the exception of one freebie. The way he describes his role fits in pretty well with the types of skills and goals I have seen thus far. His other ability is a one-shot scan of multiple players, which he claims he is saving for when the field was narrowed down, the ability is called "The Confession". Checking his voting record his claim is pretty solid.

Blackadder: What can I say. Unless this was a total WTF move on his part to throw one of his guys under the bus, I would think he is legit unless he had some sort of crazy role to sacrifice a teammate. Considering we were not on the trail of Autocylcus AT ALL I would say this redeems Captain BlackAdder pretty well. His scan ability was a one-use thing.

Chances that Blackadder is legit: 100%

Issakhaan: We know nothing about him. Look at his votes. Decide for yourself.

Patterns:
-We see one-shot abilities
-We see personal goals that require a persons death, or secondary skills tht require a persons death in order to activate
-On a similar note, it appears the nuetrals victory condition is to survive, whereas the townies is to eliminate all mafia, therefore a dead townie can still win. DE is still the anomoly here. Of course we have no clue about the dead people, their skills or their goals

What would help:
-People's names and occupations. This may help in the process of elimination for the write ups. for example, I am completely dumfounded by the last death. We get drumsticks, poison, a gun, and this last time a completely different type of poison or allergic reaction. Someone has something to hide in terms of their occupation, and people need to claim now, and then we can figure out if their "skills" match their "occupation" or if perhaps they are making a job up. I dunno, worth a shot?
- Someone analyzing votes. I tend to ignore them because I think they are mostly useless in finding scum

Why did I lie about being the swcanner on Day 1? Because I honestly did not think I could sway the vote on Warman because the guy draws lynches like a fat guy to cheetos. I figured I would put the scan job off on him so the nuetrals would not feel threatened and try to kill me if they had a serial killer. Sorry Warman, but it was an even trade considering I kept you from getting AFK bandwagoned. I did not use my lynch block on CH because I mistakenly thought the lynch would go to player #2 (like a politician fixing ballots) and did not see any point in saving a guy and instead losing one who had claimed. Turns out a block is a block w/ no one getting lynched, and it turned out to be a huge mistake on my part and for that I am regetful because I could have saved the cop. I found out how my role worked a little too late to make an informed decision, otherwise I would have saved CH.

Khaan to me is the most obvious vote right now as we have zero to go on. After that, I honestly do not know. Robbies case makes me paranoid, and the fact that I never hear from Seon makes me paranoid but then again that is typical Seon. DE's role irks me and I want to lynch him just to see what happens but oh well. Vote Khaan please. If he truns up town, I really do not think anyone can fault me given the circumstances.

This night I will scan one of the uncertainties if someone could be so kind to protect me and roleblock someone who is not on the 100% list.

After reading MRD's post, I honestly think robbiecon should be gone this turn. We know nothing about khaan's possible role, give him the opportunity to claim publicly. If robbie managed to survive an attack, why have there never been two attacks in one night? I doubt the mafia only tried attacking two people once. What I don't get about Robbiecon's claim is this: We've seen exactly one kill every night so far, which gives the impression that there's no vigilante or serial killer. So how could Robbie have survived an attack without us having a night with no kill? I can only see two ways that could have happened.
(1) There are multiple killers, but protections and role-blocks have prevented all but one kill from taking place every night. Seems statistically improbable at best.
(2) Someone did try to kill Robbie, but a bus driver switched him. I wouldn't expect this to trigger Robbie's alignment shift, but it's plausible. The write-up with the 3 card players, someone commented that sounded like a bus driver situation. Robbie may have been the 3rd man.

Thats what I thought about the card game as well, but robbie's claim of nuetrality came on the 9th (which is why I scanned him last night) and the card game was several days ago. There is no way he did not know he had been converted, it HAD to have been last night or he was lying. I don't see why he would lie to me about being nuetral when he was a townie, that makes no sense.

**EDIT, also the night of the card game was the night that I was allegedly busdriven with Johhug, and my bodyguard was roelblocked by Nightbringer. If Robbie were the original victim in that exchange, then that means Seon has been lying. But, again, that would mean he had no idea he was townie when he made the claim to me.

I don't buy this. Changing alignment is something that would have been mentioned to you in some way, otherwise what's even the point? You also claim an ability we have no way of testing. Look at it this way guys, robbiecon actually looks pretty scummy, while the case against khaan is basically that we have no info on him. DAY 5

It was a weird display that the two regular reisdents of Sesame Peak were seeing in the dining hall. About half of the guests had returned to their activity but the other half seemed to be so exhausted from short nights and a lack of sleep that they decided to just get their rest during the daily voting phase. Maybe some of them thought it was safer to sleep during the day, with all the others watching, than at night, alone in a dark room. This didn't exactly prove to be healthy for one of the guests though.

Mr. issaikhaan had fallen asleep as soon as he sat down on his stool this morning and his snores could be heard all day while others started the discussion. At first there was a short dispute between two of the other guests.

issaikhaan snored.

Then one of the old guys and got up, putting away his oxygen mask for a rather long moment to hold a speech about all that had happened to him during the last days and nights, all the private talks he had had with other guests and what he had done himself and it seemed to even wake up some of the other men.

But issaikhaan snored.

Then, later that day, some of them were clearly getting paranoid as they claimed to have heard the voice of one of their dead fellow travellers and on behalf of what he said they pushed for someone else's lynch, giving Mr. issaikhaan a possibility to redeem himself.

But he kept snoring until Alex got up and entered the discussion: "So, what do we have?" He counted what they had voted so far and then raised an eyebrow. "Seriosuly, guys, two votes? That's what'll kill him?" He pulled out his revolver and aimed at the guy. "Now, come on! Wake up and talk to me or I'll have to go through with this." Nothing.

BLAM! and with that the remains of Bobby issaikhaan's brains splattered those sitting next to him and his body slid off the stool, his jacket slid open and hidden on the inside those around him soon discovered a few bottles, syringes and other gimmicks, all marked with a skull over two crossed bones.

"Poison!", one of the guests exclaiemd, "He must be the killer!"

Alex came over quickly and looked at the mess, searching his jacket for an ID before sighing of relief. "Well, must have caught a bit too much of his own narcotic. That was good work, people, now let's hope that was the last of them. Good night."

A lot of people had died by now but our musician was still alive and well, the prove for that was heard again tonight:

Alan had been out almost every night, always working for the good of other people and this feeling of heroism grew stronger and stronger in our old friend but finally, after many rough nights, he was getting tired. He figured, with two killers dead and no indication that there might have been a third one, that he could as well try to get a full night's sleep for once.

So off to his room he went, passing a group of other men before he reached his door, opened it and entered his dark room. Immediatley the hair on hios neck stood out and he felt like he was being watched. He could make out a silhouette against the window and immediatley switched on the light, revealing another man, who was sitting in a chair besides Alans bed, aiming a silenced gun at our poor friend.

Alan's eyes widened when he recognized the man and he took a sharp breath. "You?"

"Me", the killer stated before Alan heard the supressed gunshot and felt a sharp pain in his chest. Gripping it he felt his own, warm blood on his fingers and with one last desperate look at his killer he hit the ground. The ominous figure had left the room before his victim had even drawn his last breath.

In the morning, when Alan didn't make it to the dining hall in time, some guests went looking and returned terrified, telling the others about what they had found. They handed Alex an ID and a poem they had found on the body:

This old man came rolling home

The janitor took a look at the ID and then explained: "Well it seems we lost Alan ELITEKING..., no, Alan WARMAN, no, wait, ALAN ELITEOFKWARMAN8GINGO..., screw this, can anyone even pronounce that name? You know who I'm talking about and while I don't really care for you guys I'm pissed at the killers for making me read this name, so go ahead and lynch them."

I believe everyone else's story, MRD has been pretty much a cert for a long time. I trust that Diamondeye's story is the inverse of mine, if he gets lynched, he turns to mafia, whereas if I get night killed, I become town. Also in Diamondeye's favour is that he voted for issaikhaan yesterday. B_Ray's Pacifist ability seems to be quite strong (which is why I'm kind of surprised he wasn't targeted last night, especially with the pending 'Confession'), but once again, I think he's legit. Blackadder handed us autolycus, so I don't see any reason to go after him. And I'm happy enough with dcmort as roleblocker.

Now Seon was on the autolycus lynch, however, he was 5th in, so perhaps he just felt it was a lost cause, and thought it was better to just weigh in on it, and hide in the shadows:

Nightbringer is not showing red anymore, now the dead mafia are. I am curious about this.

I am curious if DEs ability, if copycat based or whatever, could also be activated by all the mafioso being dead. Is 3 mafia in a game of 17 normal? Would it be more likley for there to be 2 mafia and a nuetral killer?

And I can still not figure out why Robbie would scan not-nuetral and then not know why he wasn't nuetral. Robbie you originally said if you get attacked and survive you turn town, in the above post you said if you get killed you turn town. Something is amiss.

Also, I lied about B-Rays Confession ability in an attempt to use him as bait. The fact that he was not attacked in the face of potentially being able to scan 4 ppl at once (when half of us are known pro-town) means either someone called my bluff or B_Ray is guilty.

I was really blindsided by there being more mafia. I'm fairly certain I'm finished tonight if the game continues.

Now you're just making evidence up. I said that because if we had not gotten a reveal, I would have immidiately turned around on CB because of the gun which might indicate mafia. That is a most reasonable assumption, I think.

Also, yes I've not been very active, but I've not been cryptic in any way. If I've not mentioned any abilities (apart from being a Princess), maybe it's because I don't have any. Or rather, that's exactly why.

I cannot look past the thought that the third killer would be perhaps a nuetral with an activated skill or something. 3 mafia in a game of 17 seems unusual to me, partuclarly because we had 3 confirmed (4 if you believe Robbie) nuetrals. 3 mafia and 3 nuetrals is too far fetched for me.

The story + the scan do not add up. Maybe the cover story was a hoax. Maybe he willingly converted. But I do not buy that he was converted after being attacked but did not know he had converted. Not gonna happen. I was going to vote him anyway last round until I fell asleep.

DCMort saying he "maybe" roleblocked him also confuses me and makes me doubt this position, but the fact remains that Robbie said he was nuetral and his scan revealed he was not nuetral.

It's also worth bringing up the fact that the nuetrals in this game may be playing their hand in order to meet whatever their secondary goals are.

If we fail with Robbie, all I can suggest is to hang the nuetrals next. If that fails, then someone has done an epic job of duping me (again)

DAY 6

Just as it had been the day before, people were tired during their sixth day at Sesame Peak. Some didn't even show up at the dining hall and others were exhausted and obviously confused by all the things that had happened over the last few days. Still they were making cases, trying to find the ones who were to blame for the mess they were in. Clearly it wasn't an easy task as at the end of the day the votes were split very evenly among the attendants.

Discussion was going on about what people might have done or not done during the very active nights and whatever their true professions could be. The old guests were looking for clues of guilt everywhere but it wasn't until late during the day that one of the guests reached a close lead over the others and in the end he was still the one with most of the votes.

"Again?", Alex asked, when they told him who it was to be and by how many votes he had "won" the race. "Well, I suppose that's just the way it goes, right, Mr. robbiecon?" He grinned and approached the old man who seemed to be in a very good shape for his age. "Any last words?"

"Uh, well, to kill me you'll have to get me first. I do sports all the time. I'm tougher and faster than you are."

"Is that so? Then prove it."

"How?"

"Well, how about you do some push-ups?"

The guy raised an eyebrow but complied and did twenty push-ups, not even breathing any differently afterwards. He smiled at Alex, victoriously.

"Bah, that was nothing", the janitor mocked, "do some more."

The guy went down and did twenty more, looking at Alex again.

"More."

Another twenty, and another and another and by now robbiecon was sweating, breathing hard when he looked at Alex, who was idly cleaning his revolver.

"Well, I'm not impressed. Do some more."

robbiecon sighed, but he was bent on proving his superiority and did another twenty situps. Or rather, he tried to do them. About halfway through he finally broke down, lying on the floor, not able to move, trying to catch his breath while Alex approached, revolver ready, addressing the crowd. "Well, you really don't need to see this again. Try to get some sleep."

I can FWD the actual PM to ANYONE who wants it. Night 5 was when I scanned Robbie, Night 6 I scanned Seon. The only explanation for this is that Robbie got busdriven.

So far, of 6 nights, I know of only 2 nights where the bus driver stated to me what his plans were. As an alleged "townie" who has been vouched for upon facing lynch, Soen should at least have the common courtsey to let me (or another confirmed townie, like WarMan) know what his plans are so we don't get screwed. Furthermore, I announced before night 5 that I was going to scan Robbie. If my scan was compromised due to Seon committing a bus drive, then I would have thought perhaps he would show up and let us know at some point so we don't make a bad lynch.

Has there ever been any precedent of a mafia having the busdrive ability, or do we just have a careless busdriver?

It's not like Seon could busdrive and kill someone in the same turn, so I have answered my own question. Seon did this the last game in which I played with him, I notice he did not vote yesterday and has just been busy in RL probably. But some info on his actions would really be lovely.

B-Ray: The fact that I said B-Ray had a multiple-scan ability in public, and then he doesn't get killed, could possibly speak volumes and pointinbg to B-Rays guilt. On the other hand, the killer knew we had at least 1 body guard, 1 bus driver and 2 roleblockers, so may have assumed that B-Ray would be the natural target for protection.

Captain Blackadder: Giving up a mafioso when you have 1 to spare is not such a far-fetched idea after all.

Yeah, but would he be able to bus drive and kill in the same turn? A bus drive appears to be the only way that my scan on Robbie could be compromised, and we were down to only one mafia on the night of that scan....

Nope, just checked. Khaan was still alive the night I scanned Robbie, so he could have been bus driven.

Whether or not this is some coordinated effort between Seon and Khaan I do not know, it may have just been Seon doing what Seon does.

I figure I was going to die in this mafia game regardless of what I did, MRD. I was inactive also for 3 days, my health comes first.

Sorry guys for my absence, I've been away over the last few days. I'm back home now so the finish of the game should go smoothly.


NIGHT 7

The guitars' strings sounded again, unmoved by the events of the past week:

He could be fairly satisfied with how this week had turned out. Yes, people had died and he didn't like that but he was able to at least get one of the killers lynched and he did his best, trying to nail another one. Lewis was in his room, enjoying a fine cigar while he poured himself another shot of whiskey, staring out of the window, into the starry night sky.

"Well, I hope the view's nice, because it'll be the last thing you'll see."

Lewis got up, spinning around, as soon as he heard the voice behind his back, knocking over the little table with the whiskey bottle in the process. It was too late though as he heard two suppressed gunshots and felt the pain searing through his chest, just a few moments before he collapsed, dead.

Satisfied the killer nodded and dropped a note before he left the room silently:

This old man, he played seaven
He played knick knack up in heaven
With a knick knack paddywhack
Give a dog a bone
This old man came rolling home

The next morning Alex, the janitor, appeared to be even more grumpy than usual as he announced the death of Lewis "Captain" Blackadder and delivered his daily speech about how they needed to find the remaining killer. DeLane was there as well, looking increasingly worried as he added, almost pleadingly: "Friends, this might be your last chance, don't waste it, please."

I'm back now. I find it really hard to believe that both me and MRD are still alive by now. We are perhaps the most active pro town people thhroughout the entire game and one of us should be dead by now. I'll Vote B_Ray for now but that may change next day
