What exactly is the definition of these traits? Is being Disloyal mean your not loyal to your Family and/or your Faction? Or does it simply mean you'r FM doesn't like to follow the system and prefers to do things his way?
I'm being puzzled how Some new FM that are Disloyal turn-out better than loyal ones, does a FM with the Disloyal trait become venal eventually?

Those traits just show the general's character, his propensity for getting certain traits. Treat him right, get him what he wants and he'll stay loyal.

Umm ok... a question out of topic. Is there a way to reverse negative traits? like for example i know the poor tactician trait can be reversed by winning battles against hard odds but what about traits that have (-) to management?

Often times, when you get a general who is bad at commanding or at management, you need to give him a new job and not try to force him to be good at something he isn't.
Be more specific: which ones? However, usually most of the negative traits that affect management are irreversible.Quote:

Well that makes sense in the part of the Midly Extravagant issue of mine my FM has been in Capua for 12 yrs Lol. This is tad anoying O.O MY Standoffish issue is mostly from my FM coming of age and yeah i noticed its from the uncharismatic ones. It's rather hard getting good new FM, the best i had up till now was Dull Lol.
I've never had any problems. I have something like ten 10 influence and management generals with twenty more having 10 influence and countless number of more than five influence and management generals. Command stars don't really matter so much, but I do have a normally seven star general who gets ten stars when he is attacking.Quote:

Aw, c'mon, what is so difficult about this; there is basically six levels of a general's intelligence, the higher the level/threshold, the more likely teh general is to get traits associated with intelligence. You put a gut who is "Natural_Genius" in a small city with any kind of Academy and he is going to get 10 influence and 10 management in 5 years of doing nothing but sitting in that city. I have had that happen to me more than once. A guy who's Far_Below_Average_Intelligence will probably never gain any kind of intelligence-based trait, even if it is the Tactician trait and he is a general who won five Heroic Victories in a row:

Hehe, that's funny. In my game, Cotta was also the guy who instantly got 10 management. The other starting 4 guys also got 10 influence and management, but they had to actually work for it :beam:, unlike Cotta. He probably has a very high level of Natural_IntelligenceQuote:

It's like being a governor rather than a general or being a governor of a large town rather than a small town. There really isn't any negative effects from fighting the wrong enemy. Though you can get bonuses to fighting a specific enemy, like those "Hates Smelly Barbarians" traits.Quote:
