Conservative Womens Calendar
Words just fail me on this one....
Link
My question is this: Does this then mark a new high or new low for the American conservative establishment? My gut reaction is that it's probably the latter, but I don't wish to assume as I'm not a conservative myself.

Re: Conservative Womens Calendar
I mark it as a big 'meh'. I'm definitely not going to buy a calender with Ann Coulter's face staring at me.

At least nr. 12 would look exceptional in a "lighter" version.

Join PETA...

Re: Conservative Womens Calendar
Until there is a conservative women's PETA nude sea-kitten calendar, I will do without.

Re: Conservative Womens Calendar
Well PETA has always been dedicated to meeting men's sexual urges with their provocative advertisements, so you do not even have to join to play with your Johnson :laugh4:. I just love how much those people, many of them feminists, objectify women and stoop down to the lowest form of advertising - blatant sex appeal - to get people to notice their agenda.
That and their "Animal Holocaust" line of adverts. Getting on the bad side of Jews is a great way to gain publicity - nothing is covered on the news like anti-Semitism. I remember some Senator referred to another politician as "that Jew" and was grinded by the outcry. Now, I did not approve of his comment either, but still, he technically said nothing offensive. I do not recollect people falling into hot water due to saying "that African-American"...

I don't see how it could be either one of those.

The Onion got there way ahead of you. Don't be sad, they often beat reality to the punch.

What a turn off
It's def not good advertisment for the conservatives in my view...
from my perspective, "these are the girls you get if you get into conservatism".

Re: Conservative Womens Calendar
It's like the Women of Wal-Mart except you know they won't do freaky stuff with you.

Re: Conservative Womens Calendar
Who's gonna pay for the sepia toned mug shots of a bunch of old ladies? It doesn't matter what we think about it, it's going to be a financial failure.

What's next?

Prudes? Why would that matter? Or is it customary for women to go half-naked on calendars.

I think KAV was picturing something along these lines:

:laugh4::laugh4:
I assume that was that was the early 20th century version of trolling and FAILBlog posts...
Like Hooah commented sometime ago on the same picture in a Frontroom thread, I would not wish to touch those lips, and not only because of the fact I am not attracted to women (possibly yet)... I mean, seriously, if that was the 1900's/10's version of pretty, then... But it was not. I bet the editors were so Victorian they omitted attractive women in the fear of "rousing sinful Passions in men".

Heh, I have to admit, she does seem a likely candidate for a sex-change operation. Prolly a Republican conspiracy to get more women and minorities to become spokesmen for their parties, without actually dealing with those insignificant, inferior beings .
Since no sane woman or black man was going to support a party that marginalised their existence, Republicans bribed Steele and got a Republican male pundit to switch sexes. How else can you explain Mr. Coulter's statement "Granting women suffrage was the greatest mistake of our time" - or something like it. The transvestite actually advocates male dominance (her reasoning is that women voted for Dems more than they did for GOP - apparently she has never heard of party-switching or indecisive/independent voters).

Then you should have put a quote or something...
So it really is? Calendars is where they have hot models? Funny, never seen those. Usually, the ones I see are all bland. There is simply too many various ones.

Dunno, but I swear, I have never seen an "exotic" calendar. Calendars are found in every office, and unsurprisingly, they are bland and gimmicky.
