Rebelled unit can not be attacked

situation: a friendly unit rebels and you can not attack it see screen-shot it says can not attack or perform missions over multiple turns

First move an army adjacent to the traitor, then, in the same turn "attack" and you should be able to. IIRC this is an M2TW issue.

i had 2 armies beside him and that didn;t work but i started a new campaign with the better CAI so it's not a big problem but i thought the teleport thing for rebel armies are back from EB 1
