Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Beskie lost some dough, Romanic revealed as dual dagger wielding (rogue?) victim of an attack. Was he on his way back from relieving Beskar of some of his wealth?

That was posted before Secura edited in the write up.

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Personally I think we can let Renata out, and see if anything else appears in the next night's writeup. Or alternatively, although I don't think its the better move, we could just kill her now. Imprisoning her again is unlikely to yield the maximal amount of information.
So lets see, whos been quiet. How about we Imprison: Captain Blackadder?
What do you have to say for yourself sir?

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Unimprison: Renata Let's see what today's discussion brings.

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Double A is innocent.
Edit: Maybe innocent is too strong but he didn't do anything last night.
Edit Edit: Vote: Renata

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Check the Day Phase post, it does state that Renata is no longer imprisoned; prisoners are released at the start of the next day phase automatically, no need for 'unimprison' votes.
I'm really starting to worry that I've made the game too complex or that I haven't explained things in enough depth now. :/

If you are going to claim a tracker role you may as well tell us everything, if you are genuine you will be a target and if I was a defender I would want a bit more from you before deciding whether to defend you. Of course you may have protection, that would be two innocent defenders in a 17 person game, unlikely?

It was simply an Unvote, I wasn't 100% sure of the mechanics of unvoting an imprisonment vote.

EDIT: Nope, there's nothing in the rules. Secura, could you shed some light on this? What are weapons and armour used for in this game?
That's a bizarre question to ask after reading a no-kill writeup, when the said writeup didn't have any information that an attack happened. It's like you knew about it beforehand.

Don't worry about it Secura; I was going to ask if I could vote since I was far too tired to re-read the rules, though. :) Guess I can.

There was a kill attempt. Renata is everything short of cleared innocent right now. We know she's not that axe-murderer. If we find there's more than one attacker, then we'll look at her again.

Actually, after reading the votes on ArpeggiateTHIS more carefully... it makes more sense to me right now.
Unvote, Vote: ArpeggiateTHIS

Wait, why are you voting for Reenk?

This with regards to the first post or the second one (which corrected the first)?

Both.

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Suit yourself. You'll come around to the correct way of thinking eventually. I don't find you suspicious.

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Let me get this straight: I'm being voted for guessing at why there were no kills? You guys are awesome! It only takes a bout of what you call "rational thought" to come up with the answer I did, here, take a look at the thought process behind it:
1. *Scratches head* No kills? Weird!
2. Has there ever been a game where mafia didn't make a first night kill? Surely they'd at least try.
3. What would lead no kills? A failed attack, a-la Beefdom?
4. Maybe there was, you know, a failed attack!
5. What would lead to this failed attack? Hey, shiny armour!
6. *Posts in-thread question*
Either way, I don't like this early tracker claim. Why reveal so soon, without any sign of protection? Just begging to be killed. Vote: Reenk Roink

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Though I can admit StaccatoTHAT does look pretty scummy, perhaps it was just his first instinct to check for a mistake
I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
Imprision: Chaotix, bandwaggon much? :P

It is called stating the obvious we all know why kill attempts do or do not occur we require no one to bring it up. What you are doing is a common scum tactic to appear to be town.

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
The writeup for the Day Phase is now up, including the items available for auction for this phase.
You should all have received an update on your current monetary situation, so I hope to return from work and see lots of bids. :P

Why do you have to take the bait?
Unvote, Vote: ArpeggiateTHIS
By the way, my role starts with no gold or items nor do I earn anything, so can you guys please make some donations to me to help me with basic needs? Secura is begging and donating allowed?

It is, yes; any donating of gold has to be through me though (IE, I get PM'd from the benefactor with a sum of gold to be given, then I pass the gold onto the receiver), so remember that. :3

Maybe you should consider that I am town.

So you're admitting that you're not a tracker? Then I was right to guess that you weren't. Nothing scummy about that.
Either way, you should all consider the fact that I am quite wealthy, as I have 10 gold to my name. Compare my riches with yours. Do I look like scum to you?

Re: Dragon Age: The Aeducan Succession
Wealth = innocence?:inquisitive:
Guess I should go kill myself now. :shame:
