Things I have Eaten

Instead of spamming the frontroom with multiple threads on my eating powers. I decided to consolidate them here

1. A 22 inch pepporni pizza

2. A 50oz ribeye steak made for two (they came out and cut it in front of me twas awesome) plus the potatoes creamed corn and bread

3. 3lbs of brisket 4 whole sausages and a gallon and a half of sweet tea.

4. 2 big macs and 10 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds all washed down with 44oz of lemonade

5. A meat lovers omelete from Ihop with 2 short stacks 4 suausges and 8 strips of bacon and about a whole gallon of OJ

6. 4 Philly cheesteaks from Maliks (It was the only restaurant in SA that had good ones and it closed. I've never forgiven the city)

7. 6 potato and egg 6 barbacoa and egg and 6 bean and cheese breakfast Tacos from TC

8. 43 beers in a 24 hour period.

You, sir, are a legend. That you don't have diabetes amazes me. I got a friend at work who tried 5 of Mac's double cheeseburgers and just about had a stroke right there on the spot.

Also, the 43 beers in 24 hours is amazing. Can we get this man a HoF award for "manliest member?"

I've eaten a rack of ribs once, but that doesn't even come close to anything up there (Then again I'm much shorter and leaner than you :laugh4: ).

The beers were a bad choice. I drank passed out on a table, woke up and started again (football was on and we were taking bets on how many times Corso said "the most important") On Sunday I woke up and felt like death. I was sober for a whole 4 days because of that mishap.

It sounds as though you're saving up for a heart attack.

I can eat 1 kg steaks plus chips if I don't eat much for lunch, but that doesn't happen often.

I've eaten raw horse, a local delicacy of Kumamoto, Japan, which I could have done without as it was tough and chewy.

The 43 beers isn't as impressive as you might think. I have a friend who regularly drinks 20+ beers in a 4-6 hour period, and I know he could easily (if he has not done so already) drink 43 beers in 24 hours. I mean, honestly, that's less than 2 beers an hour; if you take it slow, your liver will easily digest the alcohol.

@Louis: I believe Strike means 246 pounds of muscle. :hide:

Y'all are just haterzzzzzzzzzzz. You wish you had my style. I have a couple of goals in my life and ordering the salad because of some heart attack or dieasiese that may or may not come is not part of the plan.

Fixed.~;) The dear lad is careening down the same path I have travelled in my youth. Eating & drinking everything and anything I fancied, and in mass quantities, because my metabolic rate *at that time* could burn it off with nary an ounce of body mass gained. Then the unforeseen and dastardly slowing of my metabolism stealthily crept upon me with age *dang life can be so unfair* , and what I got away with in my youth no longer applies today. Now I think about or smell food and gain weight. Chocolate chip cookies call my name in the middle of the night and that sexpot twelve-pack gives me that "come hither" siren call trying to lure me into a diabetic coma. Beware the light at the end of that party-time tunnel. It's the headlight on the Pharmacy Express barreling down upon you loaded with the meds of gluttony for diabetes, high cholesterol & blood pressure. Of course, the health care industry appreciates your future dependency financial support and wish you the best.

I'll be invincible forever! Perhaps but even at 246 pounds my blood pressure is 120/80 and I can run 400 meters in 55 seconds not to mention I can do all these nifty things with a barbell. I'm going to take this in a slightly different direction from criticizing Strike, if that's okay. Here are some things I have eaten:

• Goat head (roasted and fried, on different occasions)
• Camel nostril
• Sea urchin
• Blood sausage
• Pickled barnacle
• Gelatinous white wobbly objects that nobody ever identified (tapas bar, Madrid)
• Raw eel
• Various mystery meats
• Handmade room-temperature goat yogurt
• Raw thistles

I've traveled a fair bit, and I'll try anything once. After eating all of these strange and dubious foods, there's only one I will never, ever eat again: beets. (Well, okay, sea urchin is freaking disgusting, tastes like raw mercury.)

Even when I did have the uber-metabolism that only those between the ages of 12 and 25 possess, I still don't think I could've pulled off most of those feats. True, I ate anything that didn't move back then, but still nothing like what you've listed. I am in awe, sir. :bow:

Did goat head include the brain?
Camel nostril sounds similar to Moose nose jelly which I have tried.
I love grilled beets.

i think Strike just posted this to show off considering all he's done is say how we must envy him :clown: however i've tried delicacies that will shock you all

-bread (mystical white crumbly substance)
- chocolate (edible brown lava from taiwan)
- butter (extracted from 1000 bee brains and 4 dragon hearts, i'm the first person to of tasted it)

-Coagulated Pig Blood

It's called boudin, specifically boudin noir or boudin rouge. And it's actually pretty common in some Franco cultures (such as my own). They're very good for breakfast, along with Andouille, which is a chitterlings sausage.

Minus the dog, those are basic staples of local cooking. People here (especially older) use tongue as sandwich meat, instead of, say, salami.


Snake is also more rare, but is eaten. Alligator, however is very common, and are even farm raised for both meat and leather.

My sister is in Austin, and I've got relatives in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. Haven't really lived in Texas since my birth (El Paso), but I do visit fairly often.

What about the eyeballs? I remember a pig roast we had a while back and a drunken friend of a friend ate them, grossed out all the women & children and some of the guys. Then he proceeded to pass out shortly afterward so I never got the chance to ask.

Eyeballs ain't bad. Think of salty jello and you won't be far off. Word to the wise: Do not attempt to pry the eyeballs out of the skull with a fork. Does not work. Reach for the spoon and you'll be much happier.

Yeah I've been before. Florio's is good, but it's not THAT good. I don't know what the craze is. Next time you go give me a call though.

Taco Cabana is actually quite good for a fast-food chain. No complaints really (but it's obviously NOT Mexican food, but Tex-Mex has quality too).

Unless you're the size of John Wayne, that's physically impossible. No joke. Your liver would swell up and burst if you tried to drink that much alcohol, and that's if you don't blow out your stomach and/or duodenal tract first. Or you didn't pass out and immediately die of alcohol poisoning. :dizzy2:

I've eaten a century egg before, they're quite good. I've never tried a balut, and I don't think I ever will...

I have 6 strips of bacon every day for lunch. Not as a topping, just 6 strips that I eat by themselves.

My Wife has had balut which was described as chicken meat fried in eggwhite. She didnt know what it was when she had it and kind of freaked out. when she found out. Century eggs she is fine with though. I have tried neither.

My fellow Greeks eat sheep's and goat's eyeball , especially from a roast animal in Easter. I ve convinced my wife to eat one and she did, but I never tried one. I eat the brain and tongue but never managed to try an eyeball.

The standard is 1 beer = 12 ounce can or bottle, or for you weirdo metric types, 0.355 liters. So 100 beers is 35.5 liters.

goat brain is very tasty... texture is much softer than scrambled eggs in my opinion... and i like it best when prepared south Indian style :2thumbsup: fried blood and liver of the goat are also also good....

I have also eaten and liked - rabbit, deer, types of Quails, Pigeon, mynas and other wild birds that i can never identify

Century egg is great. It really tastes alot better than it looks. The outside is kinda gelatin/jello like, but not as soft and doesn't really have any particular taste. The inside is a bit mushy and has a very distinctive taste that I can't really describe. Really, I would encourage you to try it

Yes, seriously. Buffalo leech. Everything is processed in small bits in chinese cuisine, so I learned it was leech after having said it was the best meat I ever tasted. Needless to say the chinese around me were all very pleased to hear that.

All of you are disgusting. How can you eat such things? I am now off to eat a 100% pure American double Big Mac with extra cheese, extra bacon, super sized fries and a super sized drink, fueling me with over 2,000+ calories of pure Americana goodness.

I had a boil in the bag ration pack meal once. Cold. Oh, and I think I may have had a yellow boiled sweet.

I eat some vegtables once upon a time, quickly learnt from my mistake and i now only eat one vegtable if its fried...

I remember trying a sprout... once! i had swopped it in my sunday dinner for mashed potato (i hated mashed potato) so i figured... hey it can't be any worse!

I put the sprout in my mouth took one bite and i instantly felt ill, i went to the toilet spat it all out and was almost sick to boot...

Those sunday dinners were complete nightmares... i swear never again in my lifetime will i endure the torture of sunday dinner...

I ate a black pudding supper once but couldn't finish it, in fact I have that every time I go home it's greeaaaaaaaaaaaaaat swimming in salt and vinegar:beam:, don't like haggis though.

I also drank 3/4 of a litre of vodka the other week, came down stairs in the morning and told the Mrs we shouldn't drink so much, then she pointed out she had been drinking wine :shame:

Last Friday I want to the Insectarium, and ate some insects.


It was kind of like cornnuts, but far easier to chew.

Lets see, greatest eating achievement?

A 4 lb roast
6 lb of Clam Spaghetti
22 lbs of smoked salmon over a period of 24 hours
and
3 44 oz lemonades

Have any of you guys ever successfully completed the gallon challenge? (drinking a gallon of milk in an hour without yakking, no food in between to help you out)

I feel like I can do it, since I've been drinking milk by entire life and probably have a very high tolerance for it, but I'd like to hear some professional opinions first. :yes:
