Econ21, I'm wondering. As my avatar Helmut is only a temporary one for the Franonian household. I still want to be part of the Austrian household though. Despite the fact that I just found out Wheilm's baby is a girl . But i was wondering if I could propose my edict for the Austrian household instead?

Roadkill: if you are not sold on Franconia, why not simply give up Helmut and take a recruitable Austrian general? Austria is short of avatars and Franconia has quite a lot of players, so I don't think anyone would mind.

Boy gibson, you sure lucked out. I played the last 1296 save a dozen times, and every time Peter won that battle and stayed on that bridge and inquisitor tried him for heresy. Really wish I knew what changes that kind of thing.

dang - im really scared of inquisitors cuz peter is 0 piety. but if thats what happens once on ur game, it wont change. when my system runs it its using different strings or something. perhaps FH can explain better

So, I take it Hans is not Duke yet? Does Siegfried pick?

I am Chancellor, but I cannot bend space and time.

I will recruit a General in Budapest, once the siege is broken in 1298, and he will spawn in 1300. Until then his qualities will be unknown.

Edit: If Xdeathfire is resigning as Duke, doesn't the Kaiser appoint a new one?

Well, my thinking is that Ituralde would likely appoint Athalwolf or Dassel, so the best solution would be to keep Xdeathfire as Duke (by name) while Hans rules in his stead (since he's Steward anyway)

Non-chancellors as usual only need the non-optional files unless they fight a battle during AI turn or will be ending turn after playing it.
As for why its 1.28 instead of 1.3...1.3 didn't actually do anything (except make the game laggier I think) so not worth upping that number just yet
