Have you tried the Vanilla skin or one of the IBulletins? They seem faster with IE.

I'll try to restore the other styles to performing shape (there are some odd issues with it and non FF browsers). That may take some time.
Tried with The Guild, 56k, and RTW skins with no change.

    Hello Rilder,

Default, Guild, RTW, Black, Sword Dojo, Sengoku, Daisy, Euro2008, Dial Up and 56K are more or less the same.

The skin Vanilla (for this version) and the Ibulletin skins (~100% old) are different. Those can make a difference. One of the browsers I use only functions properly with IBulletin.

Update regarding scrolling, textselect and quickreply/mouse problems for IE and Maxthon: it's all somewhere within 15,000 characters inside one file.

    Glad to hear that.

I know where the problem approximately is and that it can probably be fixed in all other skins too.

Scroll, text copy and mouse in quickreply should be fixed in all skins for IE and Maxthon.

Maybe I'm just missing a feature that's already there, but does the upgrade have any way to open up a thread at the page and post number of the first unread post? It would be nice to have for hot threads that already have tons of posts in them, and the code already knows which posts you have viewed. So instead of clicking "Last Page" in the "1, 2, 3...Last Page" list and having to go back several pages to find the start of new posts, you could just click a "Last Viewed" link and it would take you there automatically.

Or does this already exist and I'm just clueless?
