What do these keys mean? A fully automation ,G God Mode and H AI off or on.
What do they do as i pressed the A and screwed up my Viking camp by 10 years.
I got it from here here

A is autorun, it is generally used for testing purposes. The game will just run through turns until you stop it, with everything controlled by the AI. It's a easy way to quickly determine patterns and imbalances in mods.
G will reveal the entire map so you can see what's going on.
AI toggling turns off the AI on the campaign map, AI factions will not move pieces or build anything.
The -ian mode is not really meant for normal use, it's more of a debugging tool that lets you see what the various factions are up to. There are other cheat codes in the game that don't require -ian mode.

Btw.How do you turn disloyal Generals off in the Viking era as that never really happened it always annoys me.I have to go back and fix everything up.
Thanks.
Not sure I understand the question, I don't believe there is an option to turn off civil wars.

Ok.How do you insert these just to get more resources for your Faction?

Thanks
You start and end each of those codes with dot. That's all.
"Do not fight for glory. Do not fight for love of your lord. Do not fight for hatred, honor or faith. Fight only for victory and you will succeed." - Uji sensei.
That is in the startpos right? How do you improve the loyalty of your men or Gen.?
For those codes, you just type them in while playing, they will only affect the current campaign. If you want permanent changes, you would need to mod some files, mainly the startpos files and build files.
To improve loyalty of your generals, you mostly want to increase your faction leader's influence. The easiest way to do that is by taking territory. If you have a specific troublemaker, put him in the faction leader's stack, give him titles, or marry a princess to him. All of these should raise his loyalty.

How do you give titles with the box unchecked?
I can only get the viagra and badgerbunny codes to work but you enmies get it to.
It would be nice though if you could pass through allied territory as long as an emisarry is in it.
I thought I would keep my Q and As in one thread. There is no way of turning revolts off.I tried the Scot camp and lost it in 6 turns as revolt happening. It does help much to have rebels around.I did this 3 times and gave it up.
Are you seeing revolts, or civil wars? If you have revolts, you just need to manage your taxation levels, try to keep province happiness above 120%. The Scots campaign is difficult at the start due to the split kingdom, and later because the roster has nothing with AP.

I think I got it keep you king in battle for a slong as possible.I still can't figure out the Scot problem after 5 turns they go rebel game over.
Are you making buildings that promote loyalty? That might help. Also, you have to make sure you have enough troops in each province. If you empty out a rowdy province, there's gonna be trouble. And what Drone said about the taxes and 120% province happiness.
I'm not sure why you want to keep your king in battle as long as possible. I don't think that helps reduce rebellions.
Maybe you are getting rebellions because the Vikings invade, provoke a rebellions, and then leave you to clean up the mess? There's not too much you can do about that except destroy your own monasteries and try to make an alliance with the Vikings. Monasteries make you good money, but they are Viking magnets. Also, if you destroy them at the start, at least you get extra cash that can help you through those tough early years. Making an alliance with the Vikings really helps if you can do it, because they honor their alliances very well. Just try to avoid fighting anyone else they are allied to, because that forces them to cancel their alliance with one side or the other.
In those simple times there was a great wonder and mystery in life. Man walked in fear and solemnity, with Heaven very close above his head, and Hell below his very feet. God's visible hand was everywhere, in the rainbow and the comet, in the thunder and the wind. The Devil too raged openly upon the earth; he skulked behind the hedge-rows in the gloaming; he laughed loudly in the night-time; he clawed the dying sinner, pounced on the unbaptized babe, and twisted the limbs of the epileptic. A foul fiend slunk ever by a man's side and whispered villainies in his ear, while above him there hovered an angel of grace . . .
Arthur Conan Doyle
Yes I am making buildings that is when I the guy says to me about a revolt may happen as for Vikings your Kings gets more Valor.
I don't under stand the Scot problem as I ma just starting to make forts traing facilities etc.
in the game some provinces are called "trouble ". like Scotland or Portugal. So u spend more in this place. they are not feasible. And place of your kings is anaother issue on loyalty. Your king must be in the more accessible povince on map. If he cant access a place in one move loyalty go down on unaccesable province.
He's playing the VI Scots campaign, so it's going to be tough to keep the King accessible.
Age, are you playing with the auto-tax mode on? You shouldn't be getting revolts that early in the game. Use the Shift key to quickly show the happiness in all of your provinces, everything needs to be green. For other advice on the start of the Scots campaign, start building up Ulster to at least a Drinking Hall so you can produce troops on Ireland, and focus your energies there. Your territories on the main island shouldn't be too threatened with a little reinforcement. Once you have Ireland, it's a good money maker for other conquests.

I think that is my problem as I check auto tax and titles. It hasn't been a problem with my Sax camp. or Viking but Scots yes.
If you want to use auto-tax, add the -loyalty switch to your VI shortcut properties. You want to set the level to 120 or 130, 100 doesn't take certain things into account and leads to surprise rebellions.
This will also affect the AI taxation levels, which leads to a better game in general. The AI factions don't collapse as easily and tend to build better garrisons.Code:"C:\games\Total War\Medieval - Total War\Medieval_TW.exe" -loyalty:120

I will keep that in mid drone but I use the -ian switch just to check on the AIs budget but will keep that in mind.I seem to be doing ok with auto tax off and doing it myself.
I would like to stop all the bribing as you catholics can't bribe Vikings-Danes and Muslims.
I know this is for Med 2 was searching the net for this anyway.I was wondering how it would work for MTWVI.I feel the same way as the Op in that thread.
