That's really interesting. I wonder if you can play it this way - disband almost everything to make yourself profitable (perhaps except the Amazons - they are too good to throw away), then train TONS of spies, and put them into enemy settlements - focing them to rebel. The AI don't garrison their towns with a lot of troops except sensing big armies marching close. If you have 10 spies with 2 eyes, that will bring down the public order by 100%. If you have 20 x 2 eyes, then it will go down by 200%!

After the rebellion, you can immediately sally against the stack, killing them. Then march your spy horde to the next target... Har har har.
