I just browsed through the unit guide and have a few candidates of the worst possible army makeup factions & locations:

(1) Brutii in Apollina

This is more like a joke. AI Brutii always love to take Apollina in turn 2. So we will assign Apoliina to Brutii, and that's all they have. Give Tarentum & Croton to Scipii & Julii. With one family member, one crap town and some peasants they have to defeat the mighty Greeks.

(2) Carthage in Sardinia or Palma

Origianal Carthage cities transferred to Scipii, Numidia & Iberia. I guess they will be wiped out by Julii in 5 turns...

(3) Greek cities in Hyperboria

A long, long phalanx march out of the swamp. Too bad - no amazon sisters. All former Greek lands belong to Macedon! The first great challenge would be Scythia. Horse archers will kill phalanx in their sleep.

(4) Numidia in Cirta

If I remember right is the real Numidian province. So we should restore some historical accuracy. Other Numidian towns are now in the hands of the rebels.

Which one would you prefer to play - or you got some other ideas?
