two things:

1) A small minority of junior members never seem to have come on the org once since registering...surely the admin could implement sum inactivity account deletions (not active for 3 months)

2) This thread deserves to be stickied, and included in the FAQ

3) (i cannot count) Junior members who moan consistently about not being able to post anywhere should just wait like the rest of us have ( i am being hypocritical though cos i am fairly sure i moaned about not being able to post anywhere else once, but i have learned the error of my ways, partly due to this thread, Bravo Caius!!
